Very much like IVR, the Web module can be used to recruit panelist or collect data automatically.

The Web module will send out e-mails to your panelists with a link to click and complete a study.  The study can be for just data collection or if they qualify the system can recruit the panelist for a session or home use test.

ARCS Web has no client side processing and can use any browser that supports basic tables.  Using the new robust questionnaire builder you can program a professional looking questionnaire without having to know HTML programming.
