The first ARCS® system was created to provide Sensory research departments a better way to recruit consumers for central location tests.  It has come along way since then.

Most sensory research departments have a panel of consumers who they call upon to test their new products, flavors or fragrances.  Many times it is up to the sensory scientist to choose, call and recruit these panelists for sometimes daily tests.  Or part of the sensory scientist time is take up managing a phone room of recruiters. 
The ARCS system has been created to more efficiently and cost effectively not only automate the recruiting process but to track past participation, product usage, panelist availability, panelist likes and dislikes and even co-op payment history.

The system can also remind your panelists when they are scheduled to come in for a test, provide directions and/or instructions or contact them about a cancelled test.

The ARCS system manages your panel and automates the recruiting allowing you to take control of what is most important in your sensory department.
