What is IVR?
IVR is short for Interactive Voice Response. It is a technology that automates interactions with telephone callers. Typically, IVR systems use a pre-recorded voice prompt to present information to respondents, and use the touch-tone telephone keypad to gather responses.
How can this benefit me?
By using IVR technology for your sensory recruiting or market research data collection you can save time and money in comparison to managing a phone room.
The IVR system will automatically call (or accept calls), provide information or questions and collect data in an unbiased manner. It can also provide reminder calls for upcoming appointments or provide information if an appointment is cancelled.
The ARCS system uses IVR technology to more efficiently qualify and recruit panelists. No need for a call center, recruiters or phone room.
When ARCS is used in combination with the Web module – a study can be programmed once and launched on the IVR system, the Web system or both.
