The Fax / E-mail module is used to send information obtained in a questionnaire to an E-mail address or a Fax number. 

It may be that user has received a value from the survey and has determined that the value received warrants sending the information to another source either by E-mail or Fax.  It could be a negative response during a test or someone who wants contact.

The value of one or more questions can be sent in the correspondence.  Even a recording of the respondent can be sent.  If the notification is sent by fax an identification code will be sent on the fax for the user to hear the recording.  If sent via e-mail, the actual recording (a .wav file) will be sent.
