Using either the
IVR
or
Web
modules, the system can contact existing panelists on the panelist database or contact others who are not on the database. The questions can be recorded on a PC using his or her own voice to be played through the phone via IVR. Or the same questions can be displayed via a link on the Web. By using either method, data can be gathered about consumer opinions or customer satisfaction studies. The collected data can be forwarded to virtually any statistical package and put into the panelist record for future use.
