Co-op Check Writing Module allows the user to automatically print co-op checks from ARCS® for panelists that are to receive monetary compensation for their services.

Checks can be prepared for panelists prior to the event in which they will be paid, or after the event has occurred. Any checks that are printed prior to the event but were not distributed to the panelists can be voided and when given a non-participation status in ARCS will ensure the co-op payments are tracked properly.

Checks can be printed for all panelists in a session or Study, or on each individual panelist as needed. Checks can be created in ARCS as often as necessary and as needed.

The ARCS Co-op Check Writing module is very simple to use. The User selects panelists to receive the checks and the Co-op Check Writing Module supplies a file of check information for panelists the user selected.
