ARCS - Automated Recruiting
Using either the
IVR
or
Web
modules, the system can screen potential panelists through a series of user-defined qualifying questions. The questions can be recorded on a PC using his or her own voice to be played through the phone via IVR. Or the same questions can be displayed via a link on the Web. By using either method, data can be collected from panelists who perform at-home product testing or can be recruited to come to a central location test. The collected data can be forwarded to virtually any statistical package and put into the panelist record for future use.
